Worst customer service I have ever witnessed!!! No one does their job. Paperwork is always lost so keep your copies and receipts. Turn around time to resolve an issue is about 6 months no lie!!!! I hate this place. I ported in and I cannot believe the unprofessionalism and utter lack of care. I am in the process of filing a greivence. They make me want to give up my housing although I am a single mom and need the help while I finish school. God help me!!!
