We just spent a weekend at the hotel and could not be happier with the experience, especially Eric Loughlin, who took us to our room, explained a lot about the city, nearby restaurant recommendations and more. Eric also had a bottle of champagne delivered to the room, as it was our anniversary. The staff was very accommodating, making multiple trips to our room for things we forgot. Location was great, walking distance to anywhere in downtown Chicago. The rooftop is famous and beautiful - we stopped up one night but were too tired to stay, looks amazing with a great view. Only downside (not a reflection of the hotel) was the 24/7 construction happening outside. Fortunately, we were on the 17th floor so it wasn t too bad.
