Visited this garage today with the intention of purchasing a vehicle. Despite very unhelpful management staff, our sales representative BRADLEY SAUNDERS went out of his way to help us from the start, from greeting us in the car park, discussing all of our options, taking us for a test drive, providing us with refreshments and genuinely taking time to make sure all of our requirements were thoroughly investigated.

This kind of service provided by Bradley is sadly rare these days and management should recognise his outstanding manner towards customers and learn from it.
