I have never had a pleasant experience when visiting the service center at mike erdman Toyota.
This is the type of dealership that reminds me why I always choose to do my own service even though it s hard to find time.

All Toyota dealerships are pretty bad with this, but mike erdman has to have the most stingy service team I ve ever dealt with.
I think they are trained to make it seem like the customer is incorrect and make them want to leave.
Every time I ve come in for a simple concern or to take advantage of a promotion on their website, they find a way to tell me they can t do it unless I pay them for another service that I don t need.
They literally never help you. Their job title is to serve you and they do everything in their power to avoid being of service to you.
It is truly a pity that this is what Brevard county residents have to put up with.

For the young blonde service guy who told me the website clearly states that you can t get a complimentary multi point inspection without paying for another service, you re wrong.
Big surprise, right?
Well, you did your job. You didn t give me any service, so you didn t lose any money on me, for today. But you did lose a paying customer for life.

Keep up the trend guys and girls!
This will ensure that your giant parking lot will stay filled with cars that sell extremely slow.
