HORRIBLE customer service at the MAC counter in Nordstrom. 1. They did not greet me. Took over 5 minutes after standing there for someone to even acknowledge me. I was then placed for an appointment and when I showed up for it they were talking me out of it because of how busy but there was only one other person there. Shew! So swamped. You try my job..... Keep in mind, I had nowhere to be and was ready spend money on each product used. So in the end I guess it's your loss - could have had a great sale.
