Poor staff training ruined my boy's birthday in December 2019. We will NEVER go back again. Not recommend at all to go to this place!
The reception guy called Shiraz purposely showed his arrogant attitude to my family and refused to let us enter Rainbow's end. He saw us as criminals who wanted to take branded food to break their no branded food rules. The reality is the food are just leftover lunch with mashed potato and several pieces of fried chicken. The weather is too hot to put any food in our car. After his instruction, we threw away the package, used pen to cross out the brand name and put all of them into my personal bag. We even promised we won't open the bag to obey their rules and also simply because we were all full and there was no need to open the bag in the play grounds.
But Shiraz refused we, as paid customers, to go in again. We all got very angry to be seen as intended criminals. We asked his manager a lady to come. She patiently listened to us and finally understand we were just here for celebrating our son's birthday, not show any brand food to break their rules. Finally we entered the rainbow's end after one hour argument and explanation.
Very bad experience!!!
