Friendly and helpful. Patient all the way as we picked out the best bike for our 6 year old. The female sales executive let the little one tried and gave us very good advice, if not we may have picked out the wrong size. No over-selling and no pressure, very convincing and we left happily with the new bike and everything we need. That very evening went to the park to enjoy the 20inch Precaliber. 6 year old said very smooth and easy to ride.
