How would that assure of a response?
I am leaving a review here, but think of people who will quietly go to another institute for the trainings they were seeking from you, but you did not respond to.

Called in January when they were still observing wfh most of the days.
I requested for a meeting to know more about the suitability with person who was answering my queries. January passed and I called again on February 1, the rep mentioned taking off because of not keep well. No updates again.
