Honestly i don't understand how these guys get suc...

Honestly i don't understand how these guys get such a good rating. Perhaps it's more the service department.

But the sales guys are terrible. I have had to walk around for 20 minutes sometimes to get a hint of help. And when someone does help they're pretty pushy and at the same time don't seem to be all that helpful, just get in the car and go for a quick lap and then see what you think. They never seem like they want to spend time with you.

Went to another MB dealer to buy a car just because of the terrible experiences we've had here.
