One of the worst jobs I've had, ever. The earlier shift seems alot better than the evening shift which I am on. Once the actual management leaves and there are just leads it becomes horrible. The schedule is ok and even the work at times, but the people with less than a handful exempt are simply inept and have no sense of what work is or should be.
