Don't take your VW here unless you want them to work on it for at least a month, charge you for something you didn't need, then tell you it was actually a factory defect... So you shouldn't have had to receive and paid for any service at all since it's under wareanty. My husband and I did a run around for about a month over the engine light. Alex was the one who worked with us in the service department. He was a nice guy but we feel taken advantage of and led on. They misdiagnosed our car a couple of times and now the Bluetooth and Android auto have suddenly disappeared. They have lost our customer loyalty and trust. We Very, very disappointed.
