I applied for licensure oct 18th. I mentioned an issue that may show on my background, was told not to do anything unless it was confirmed on my background check and that somebody would mail me what I need to do if anything popped up. Two months went by so I called again they said they needed documentation because it comfirmed what i told them, but they never reached out to tell me i needed this documentation like they said they would. In email, they said if my checklist portion of the background check said completed, then everything was OK, but it wasn t and i had to call them to find out. Here it is January 9th and STILL no ATT (3 months). Beth Yates is the only person I have been able to get good help from. This is just ridiculous.
