ZERO stars! I have never missed a payment for anything in my entire life. So imagine my surprise when I get a letter saying that legal action will be taken against me for a overdue bill equaling 15 dollars! I had to look up the company to make sure it wasn't a scam. Who sends a threat for legal action before they send a bill??? My advice, next time your doctor tries to give you a brace or anything like that, ask if it is from National DME. If it is, leave. It's absolutely ridiculous that you would threaten someone before you inform them of a bill. Horrible company. Hopefully they go out of business for being completely inept.
