I waited around for 5 minutes, unacknowledged (there were more salespeople than customers). I got no response when saying "hi".

They guys behind the counter were too busy talking about someone's engine, thumping each other on the back and telling each other "Gotta hustle, man!". Apparently, hustle doesn't include talking to customers. Won't be back.
