Great location for getting to Universal Studios and Universal Islands of Adventure via shuttle bus, water taxi or a short walk along the garden path. Hotel is nice with many restaurants to choose from, a large pool and good size fitness room. Our room was on the ground floor of tower 2. Decent and comfortable but the sprinkler hit the windows at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Worst part was walking outdoors through the many smokers. Would've better if there was no smoking along the path.
