I purchased a car from Sterling McCall Acura and had a horrible experience. I do not recommend purchasing a car from this dealership. I was sold a car in bad conditions. Shortly after purchasing the car I noticed it smelled like gas inside outside my car. I also had oil leaking. I took my car back 2 days after purchasing and was told there was nothing they could do for me because my warranty is not effective until 30 days of purchase. I spoke to the sales manager Blake and the General manager Kim Eddy. Kim was very rude and did not seem to be concerned. Driving in a car that smells like gas with a baby is clearly a health hazard, and Sterling McCall Acura could careless.Customer service was horrible. I do not recommend doing business with Sterling McCall Acura. I m very disappointed with their customer service.
