12/8/19: Very nice hotel and great food. However, our hotel was attempted to be broken into multiple times throughout the night and a stranger jumped over to our balcony and tried to open the sliding glass doors. Called front desk and was told security would be up shortly, but they never arrived. Issued a noise complaint multiple times and guest next door were very loud and rowdy throughout the night. Do not book here if you expect to get a good night sleep or feel prioritized by guest services.

Update 12/23/19: Although delayed, the hotel reached out to me and did offer a partial refund as compensation for our troubles (an added 3 stars for their follow up) and made things right, showing their attention towards our poor experience. Can't give 5 stars though, as other larger hotel chains (Hilton or Marriott for example) would have offered a 100% full refund for our poor experience.
