On Fri Dec 27, 2013 my family and mother were eating in the restaurant and within 5 minutes after taking out her glasses from her purse which was placed around her chair, the purse was snatched without our knowledge. Luckily she was looking for the purse immediately after to place her case back in and noticed it missing. We looked all around in case she misplaced it, but quickly realized it was stolen. We reported the purse missing to management who called the police to write a detailed report. The manager mentioned his staff had pointed out that there was a suspicious guest walking through the restaurant who might have snatched it. He also mentioned he had a surveillance camera which could help. After the cops arrived and we gave our account, we never saw the manager approach us to offer his condolences or any interaction whatsoever. While I know management is not mandated to do anything for us, we were quite shocked that this type of service was being provided at such an establishment. A good manager would have at least been apologetic or tried to help our situation which was clearly no longer a nice family dinner... After getting hit with the bill, we paid the FULL bill and on our way out saw the manager who did not seem to want to make eye contact at all. This is NOT customer service so I do NOT recommend this place to others. How would you like to be treated if you were robbed in such an establishment I ask?
