Gilpin roofing sent an estimator to my home who apparently thinks that owning a nicer home obligates one to paying three times the cost of service. I have another home nine miles away with a much higher, more slanted roof and I was only charge $250 for replacing twelve shingle tabs. Here at my rental property, it was only ten shingle tabs that needed replacing and on a much less slanted roof. I received three other estimates, the top being $425 and the lowest being $325. The estimators from the other companies actually went up on my roof, the Gilpin estimator never took his ladder off his truck and handed me an estimate of $845. I don't think so.
