Stay away from the ink program. They charge you every month and are supposed to be keeping track of ink in your printer. What a joke. Im out of black ink and have been for over a week. Allegedly My shipment is due next week. A little late HP. I will never recommend their products or this service again. They have become no different than any other scamming company, getting your cash up front an MAYBE providing the service. I doubt anyone from HP will see this but hopefully some future HP product purchasers will take heed.
