After spending over 3000 for my daughters dress and veil we were rushed through the processing of trying it on once it arrived. We were given 30 mins. We were actually told to take the dress off as we only had 5 mins remaining. When we ask if we could have longer so that we could take pictures we were told no. However when we were purchasing the dress they bent over backwards to ensure that we had as much time as needed. Don't get sucked in by these people! Once they have your money, you are no longer a priority. We also have a friend that purchased her dress and veil from this place. Unfortunately her veil did not come in and she ask them to mail it to her home being as she had bridals coming up. The veil never arrived. Upon contacting the store numerous times regarding the missing veil they were told that they would have to purchase another veil (the veil was 400) being as they didn't use Fed-EX for shipment. They refused to order and ship another veil without another 400.00. Any other establishment would have replaced this veil without charging their customer. You would think with the money that this company makes that this wouldn't even be an issue. However after many phone calls and arguments they refused to refund the 400 for the first veil. Think twice before you get sucked into all the glamor and glitz of this place. I will NEVER EVER recommend this place to another friend or any bride to be. Over 6000 spent and two unhappy brides. That's two to many. This experience is supposed to be one of the best in a young girls life and this place leaves a lot to be desired. The Houston area has many many places to purchase wedding gowns, you may want to look elsewhere, because if something goes wrong.....you will be the one paying....not them! Ask yourself this.....are they worth taking that chance! Very Very disappointed!
