My visit does not even start till this Saturday and I already hate (strong word) their customer service. Very rude! Not looking forward for the visit. They deserve zero star but i have to select at least one. Twice I called, one was to make changes to my reservation and they charge you $30 to make changes, just because I saw the rate was lower than what I original had. Second time I called the lady was sarcastic. I asked them to email me my updated reservation because the previous customer service did not send me my updated reservation. Yes the one that charge $30 for making changes. The lady was like "I can't do two things at a time" Learn to multi task B.....!
