A nice spacious area with lots of brands of makeup to choose from; pro, high end and niche alike. Great woman with blue hair and glasses on the floor that was super helpful, kind and patient.

The reason for my 3 star review was that I noticed after leaving that some items I purchased were priced above MSRP - totally okay and I m sure they re not the first place to do it; I should ve asked prior to purchasing (store credit only on unopened items return policy) and I noticed the line I purchased from was one of the few that didn t have a price list like some other brands did.

It s moreso on top of that when I called after making the purchase and KINDLY asked about the price difference that a man answering the phone had an attitude when I asked and his answer was Well, we re not (brand name), so... I politely told him Of course, I understand I was just curious - I didn t mean any offense and I was being kind because of his rude, defensive tone. Even after my UNNECESSARY apology he, with the same tone said Yeah, ok, thanks. And hung up. That alone made me regret making any purchase at all. I don t mind spending the extra dollars, but when I kindly ask a question and you already have my money, don t be rude.
