I recently moved into the area away from my previous dealership, had an open recall on my truck I wanted to get taken care of. Dick Scott is the closest Dodge dealer around, so I went over and made an appointment for the following week. After having the truck a day, the service advisor was regretful to tell me they would need to put me in a rental car for the night until they finished the truck. Service advisor stated that the recall was very extensive and a large portion of the dash had to come apart to complete. After the second day without my truck, I called again, still not complete. I still have contact with a previous dealer I've had much better luck with in the past, confirmed book time for the recall to be 0.6 hrs of labor. I had made an appointment to do a less than one hour job and I was without my vehicle for trucking for 3 days. Service advisor had lied about the hours needed to complete the job and they also failed to complete some other service I requested for the vehicle, yet was charged for. Take your business elsewhere!
