I m normally not bothered to leave reviews but I m highly upset by what happened at this hotel. I was coming to the beach for weekend trip for the first time in years. My friends and I drove out of state to come stay and when we got there, we were hit with the you guys are under 21 . We understood that they wouldn t take us but they refused to give back any fees taken out because we didn t cancel in time. The problem was we weren t cancelling they refused to let us stay. Neither did they offer any help at all when we asked if they could at least look up a place that would accommodate us because my phone was dead. The lady we spoke to says this happens on many occasion to young adults so my question is, Why isn t the age stated clearer on any form that is given? You hide it in a policy tab two pages away that no one looks at. We were finally able to find a place to stay but now can t do anything on our vacation because we don t have the money to do so.
