My grandmother passed away and she left me Her engagement ring. After being on her finger for so long and not taken care of it was in need of repair. It wasn't very pretty. Andrew Graff and his staff took great care of me and really listened to what I wanted. When I got it back it took my breath away. It was the same ring but was restored to its former beauty. Great service and experience all around.
