Marshall Carpet came through for us once again. We recently purchased a rug for our home. David Warner, our sales rep, was very helpful as was Murray who greeted me at the door. The quality of customer service we received was excellent. David understood the look I was trying to achieve and made sure we chose the right rug size for the room. He was patient with me throughout the entire process and he did everything he could do to ensure our satisfaction. The rug arrived quickly and delivery was made easy.
