TERRIBLE! where do I start...? I ordered room service, first I got an extra item I did not order and I was charged for It, so I called room service to get that fixed. Then i noticed the chocolate cake i ordered (says it comes with fresh berries) was missing berries. I called room service again...They sent the missing berries up to the room and the raspberries had BLACK MOLD in them! No joke and i took pictures of all of this.There were red ants in the bathroom and I got bit. The shower water did not get that hot (took a cold shower) I stayed in the corner suite and it looks nothing like the pictures on the website. Very runied down looking and missing half of the furniture in the picture. This has been an awful disappointing experience. I paid $288 for this experience. I'll go to the Marriott or Hilton next time. =(
