My wife and I are not the kind of people who enjoy negotiating over prices (read: we don t like car dealerships). So we were guarded when we walked into Lynwood Honda. We began working with Troy Malchow. We test drove a car with him and enjoyed our conversation with him. We appreciated his genuine engagement with us. We immediately sensed that he wasn t going to try to pressure us. He answered all our questions and ultimately helped us find a car we love, for a great price, relative to everything else we'd seen out there. I ve never met a salesman as genuine and kind as Troy. He was a breath of fresh air. His manager Gabe was also genuine and helpful in our brief exchange with him. I would highly recommend lynnwood Honda for their helpful sales team, not to mention that Hondas are among the most reliable cars on the road (which is why we bought a Honda!).
