If I could put less than one I would. This is a endless bottom pit of a call center. I was not told at time of hire about daily quotas. Nothing is explained to make sense. The training is a joke and set up for failure. There is no order in any aspect of this company and I now see why more than half of the company is made up of temp employees and they have high turnover. I had 2 flat tires that kept me from making it to work and was given 2 points. If your sick they want a Dr note each time. Who does that? Instead of resting to prepare for the next day you'd spend half the day on the phone with a dr office. I gave notice that I had gotten another position and they decided to end my assignment after lunch. RUN do not walk in the opposite direction. Clueless is an understatement!!
