Normally OK service, never use service dept as a DIY, but do get oil and parts from the dealer as I am a stickler for OEM. However I am disappointed with the battery warranty, have an OEM replacement with 100 month warranty and a date sticker of 7/13, so in warranty with a failing battery. The "we do it your way" folks require you to go through service department to verify battery condition and bring in the orginal receipt, and no they can't look it up that you got a battery from Honda. Pretty worthless warranty IMO. Got all the info they need on the battery itself. So.....150 dollar battery from Honda or go to Costco for half that.....was going with the prorated OEM battery that was more. I thought the warranty was supposed to keep customers coming back, not piss them off?
