We had a nail in our tire that created a slow leak. After the initial plug didn't fix the slow leak, we returned to explain the situation and request further service. Anna Mack was the Customer Service Representative that assisted us this past Saturday. She did a great job of listening, offering options, and then keeping me informed of the progress. I did not have an appointment and Saturdays are obviously busier than weekdays - but I was in and out in about 2 hours nonetheless. Because of the need for a return trip for service on the tire leak, they did not charge for the patch that was applied to the inside of the tire. I'm hopeful that the leak is now remedied and appreciate the professional service and support at Honda World.
