It's a nice place with an American feel and has the potential to become something very special. Hotel does require renovation; all carpets need to be changed. WiFi connection issues need to be fixed. Along with these, if hotel provides a good restaurant then it can be called a resort of sorts. The golf area view from my room was very nice during my winter stay. The central lobby area with the small cave right in the middle grows on one and makes me appreciate the uniqueness of the hotel architecture.
