Our most favourite place to stay in Venice. 5 star...

Our most favourite place to stay in Venice. 5 star luxury. Fab rooms especially if you book lagoon view. Great staff. Good buffet breakfast included. Wonderful terrace looking into lagoon. Great for watching boats on lagoon and general people watching. Has very good restaurant both lunch and dinner but whole experience is quite pricey. However, ALL Venice is pricey so think it is good value for money
