The sales person, Mike Gibson, said what he needed to say to get the sale, then bailed. My daughter needed a co-signer, however, she lives in LA, and I live in Chicago, so there were a few logistical hurdles to clear in advance. I sent all the requested financial and credit information in advance and Mike assured everything would be aligned with the finance manager so all my daughter needed to do was come in, test drive the car, and, if she liked it, drive off with it. I was assured everything was ready to go. However, when my daughter agreed to buy the car, she was bumped to finance, and they didn't know anything at all about the deal. The finance manager called me, with my daughter sitting in his office, and said he knew nothing about the deal and there were problems to work through. To make a long story short, the finance managers, Paul, and James are first class. They got it all straightened out, and minimized my hassle. I would recommend the dealership, but DO NOT use Mike Gibson (sales rep).
