I took my 2011 Tahoe in for routine oil, filter, lube, tire balance and rotation, and alignment check. I scheduled an appointment the day before. I arrived at the dealership at the opening time of 7:00 am. The service manager met me and I described my maintenance needs. I was given an estimated time to complete the work. The service manager let me know of the progress throughout the 1 1/2 hours to complete the work. The manager presented me the bill for the services which I understood the charges from previous visits. The staff was friendly, cordial and knowledgeable of my needs throughout the process. I plan to return for services as long as I'm treated this way. A very satisfied customer.
