I purchased a 2011 Nissa Rogue from Chris Warner just over a week ago. Two days after purchasing the vehicle, the AC started making an AWFUL grinding noise. So loud that I can't drown it out with music. I called Chris four separate times over the course of three days. The fourth call, I waited to speak with Chris because it was pretty obvious at this point that he wasn't going to call me back. As you can imagine, my patience was wearing a bit thin. Chris told me he would speak to his manager to "see what they could do". Mind you, I purchased a 5 year/100K mileage warranty on this vehicle. Joe, the financial manager then answered my call. To which he told me, I would have to call the service department on Monday to "see if there was anything they can do". I will be going in on Monday, and they will repair this free of charge. Afterwards, I hope to never have to do business with this company again.
