Don't join this company even if they offer 100% hike. At the end they will revoke the offer and you will not get even 1 % hike as you will become jobless if you don't get retain in the current organization.
Its the people that makes the Company WORSE. HR HIRA JHA and his supervisor SWEETY NAIR both will spoil your career if you decide to work in this Company. Both will never give you anything in writing. No Commitment from their end. Suddenly they will revoke your offer if they don t have any projects if you are going to join newly. Suddenly their clients will hire someone who will join immediately.
If they get somebody else to join the company before you even you are going to join them in a month's time, then also they wil revoke the offer. They are SELFISH. They just want candidates soon to join their Clients. NO COMMITMENT at all.
I will tell what happened with me.
First HIRA will call you about an opening and will tell many good things about the company that PS has many clients and all the projects are long term. There will no chance of sitting on the bench. If they are giving the offer they will take the responsibility of giving you the projects. But they will simply revoke your offer and will spoil your stable career which will definitely affects you and your family if you are the only bread earner and that too also if you less experienced.
I got the offer from PS to work with Saxo Bank after clearing 4 rounds of Interview. Hira gave the offer telling me that if I join within a month they will give joining bonus also and also will be benefitted with one month salary which will be more than the current organization. So I fought with my Company to release me early. But when I asked him to offer me joining bonus, he ignored it. Their policies also are very bad.
Also when only a week was left to join the company, Hira mentioned that the position is freezed with some other candidate and so now you have to sit on the bench until new projects come.
I booked the airline ticket and send them all the proofs from resignation email till the ticket confirmation. I asked them few valid questions also like 1) what if there will be no projects, 2) Whether they will pay full salary if I will be on the bench, and few more. They did not replied to any of my questions. They will not give you anything in writing. But you have to give them all the proofs.
Suddenly after few days they revoke the offer without any reasons. They will blame you for anything. So in this condition you will be become jobless. If you are smart , then you will easily get a new job otherwise your stable career is no more left now.
This type of people should be fired from the Company. They don t have any right to spoil anybody s stable job.
Don't want to give even one star. Entire company is fraud as I reached even CEO and MD about the concern but nobody bothered. Luckily I got the job within a week.
If you get the job call from HIRA JHA you are making a very big mistake of your life and going to ruin your career if you listen to him. Both these people will suffer like anything in their life.
I have a family and the worst phase I faced in my life I have written here.
Take wise decision and don't fall in to trap of 3rd party company like Puresoftware specially when it is small company.
