I could not be happier with the service Rafail Insurance Group provides. Everyone in the office is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Elaine is one of the most patient people I have ever met. She spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. She was able to address most of my concerns and when she did not know the answer, she pulled out all of her resources to get to the bottom of it. Recently, Jacki helped me cancel and get a refund on my flood insurance. I highly recommend them.
