Had a lot of issues with the internet being spotty...
Had a lot of issues with the internet being spotty during peak hours for all the apartments in our complex who used CSS, which lasted for over two weeks. We also had an issue where we were constantly receiving bills from Direct TV even though we were on a 1 year free subscription, eventually leading to phone calls as well. All these issues might want me to give 1 star.
However, they tried tirelessly to resolve the internet issue. They worked at night some days and even on the weekend to find the issue and to fix it. Must say, very relentless efforts. After approximately two weeks, we were finally free of internet problem.
As for the Direct TV issue, dropping messages on the customer service portal and sending emails to the email id shared in some of the responses to negative reviews here, all proved to be useless. However, I was able to get in touch with the Director of Smart On, CSS via email. Was able to share the bills with her and state what the issue was. She was very effective and took immediate action to resolve the issue and took personal care to convey status of the case. She has been commendable.
