I purchased Wildes service package with my wife's vehicle. Second oil change in they did not tighten the oil filter sufficiently and it's leaking all over my garage. Worst part is I took on a 600 mile road trip right after service so I've been leaking the whole time. Now I need more service and will second guess the oil changes for the remainder of this package. Not happy.

Edit: I changed from 1 star to three. Jim has been great and salvaged my opinion overall. I am still not sure I'd ever buy another service package, but would consider Wilde for next vehicle.

Edit 2: I ve changed my experience back to one star. Again my vehicle is leaking from a loose oil filter. 2/5 times now I ve had this issue (also found a shop tag tucked next to battery, luckily it did not find its way in fan or start a fire!!). DO NOT recommend service package. I requested a refund but was told the prorated formula would leave me with an unfair refund. The suggestion from Mr Reifenrath was to take it to a GM dealer (purchased a GMC Acadia from this location) where the technicians were better equipped for competent service. Unacceptable in my opinion, I needed an oil change not an involved procedure like motor or trans swap.
