The staff at the front desk was extremely rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. It s unfortunate as they are the first face greeting people as they come into the facility. I was shouted at that I needed to stay in the field house, I had come out to ask to use the bottle filler that was on the other side of the desk as my daughter was out of water. I was told no by the female worker, however the male chimed in and said just let her . As we we re leaving the facility we were again shouted at that we needed to use a different door. We were never informed of these instructions at any point throughout the day. I feel there are better ways to inform people other than shouting at people. Simply informing that the doors were locked for the evening and that there are other doors on the other side of the field house to exit would have been just as effective and in much better taste. Please find a way to inform visitors of expectations and please have a conversation with your staff about effectively communicating with people.
