Wonderful staff. The nurses were probably some of the friendliest people I've met and they make you feel at home. The surgery went well. DR Chin is brilliant. Only con is both times I was in their office I waited at least an hour in the lobby. The receptionists offer no explanation or updates. You just sit and wait and hope they haven't forgotten about you.
