I visited Kendal Honda on a stormy day. Lucky me. There was few customers, and I was welcomed by Court B. right away. I told him what I didn't like about my car, and I had narrowed down my options to Honda CR-V and Subaru CrossTrek. He let me test drive new and used CR-V, he 'let the car do the talk' (but he is a talker if you love Ducks. I don't!) and he guided me to make my own decision with little sales talk.

Jeremiah was my next step to settle on finance. This is the part I usually dread, but his pleasant demeanor made it such a positive experience! I also met Ungh and Sharon during my visit, and they all contributed to send off one happy customer with a cute maroon 2011 CR-V.
