I had ordered a front bumper for my Ralliart a while back from an online retailer specializing in parts for my car. They even had good reviews.

Anyway I bought the front bumper and grill and brought it over to Sparks to have it painted and installed. Dropped it off on a Monday I believe and Tuesday I get a call saying the bumper is absolute trash. The retailer had cut the mold too sharp and it ended up meaning that the fine folks over at Sparks would have a lot more work to do to build back up that lip so it could be installed properly. Not that they couldn't do it, but that wasn't the work or the price they quoted me for. I really appreciate the fact that they let me know immediately instead of just doing the work and billing me a bunch more.

Not only that, they were willing to go on record for my credit card charge back from the garbage retailer for the terrible bumper they sold me. I'll take my car to Sparks for any body work. They earned a customer for life by going above and beyond for me.
