I feared getting a new drain tile system installed...

I feared getting a new drain tile system installed in the basement of my parent's home in Jamestown, ND would be difficult since I live/work in Seattle but the team at Innovative Basement Systems have been easy to work with and have done a great job. Adam Johnson accommodated my tight schedule for the initial meet up/bid for the jobs and has answered my many questions quickly and completely prior to the work beginning. Corey came out to install a triple pump for the existing system (Phase 1) last week. Installation went smoothly and per schedule. He left the job site clean with a pump system that is much quieter and more robust than the previous pumps. I look forward to the IBS team replacing the existing drain tile with the Waterguard system (Phase 2) next week.
