I have paid for more than a week to change my policy and I do not receive the documents. From their platform they tell me that it is in the works, but it is unthinkable to wait so long. I have already given the bike back and now I have another uninsured one because these gentlemen do not have a phone number and do not respond to emails. Really unprofessional as a service. That's no good.
