I am very disappoint about the hotel.

I am very disappoint about the hotel.
I reserved the hotel(Sept, 4th 2016) with my mileage and arrived at 3:38 pm
Hotel check-in time was 4:00 pm officially . So hotel front desk asked me to wait to be ready to room.
my feeling is that they do not give me the good room because I reserved it with milage.( no room ready.... it is check-in time...)

I did not get any room ready SMS until 4:30 and when I ask them when the room is ready, they told do not know.
they told unkindly hotel desk just will send SMS message and customer(me) waitd short minutes.
it is very expensive hotel and the hotel received 7 stars. I used the marriot hotel many times and save the big milage.
I really upset and cancel the reservation immediately.
please ask the hotel if there is ready room now.
