I attended the Connecticut Convention Center for Hartford National College Fair. It was my second time attending. There were over 300 colleges there. I served as a financial aid educational counselor answering questions at the booth where there were other college support advisors from different organizations. The Connecticut Convention Center was extremely accommodating. I had no problems parking or trying to figure out where the event was happening. Everything was laid out very clearly. The registration process was extremely smooth. They were people that would come to me first and asked me if I needed help and would show me/walk me to where my booth was in the event area. They offered refreshments, Wifi access, and asked if there was anything else we needed as some were doing presentations and workshops and may have needed extra things like computer access or use of a projector, etc. A person even came around and gave me a validated parking ticket so I'd be able to leave the event with no problems because parking was free as I was a volunteer for the event. But that showed extra care and effort passing out validated tickets because I could imagine, some people rushing and packing up everything for their college tables and may have forgotten to grab their parking ticket out of their car. No complaints at all! A+ all the way.
