Would give 0 Stars. They didn't send a confirmation email until the day before I checked in. I had already booked a BETTER hotel and then Radisson wouldn't cancel it. The guy at the Front Desk was incredibly rude, just all around horrible customer service. (The Radisson company actually hung up on me twice.) If you're thinking of staying here, I'd heavily advise against it.
